DeductibleData provides access to healthcare pricing transparency data in downloadable CSV format. Our datasets include negotiated rates, billing codes, and related healthcare cost information derived from publicly available Transparency in Coverage data.

3. User Accounts

To access our services, you must:

• Create an account with accurate information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Purchases and Payment

All purchases are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you agree that:

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided
• All payment information is accurate and complete
• You will pay all charges at the prices in effect at time of purchase
• Downloaded data is for your use according to the license terms

5. Data License and Usage

Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the data. You may:

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEDUCTIBLEDATA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DeductibleData and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these terms.

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by DeductibleData and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
